How profiles and participants work
Participants are individual submissions to a promotion. You always have full access to all participant data.
Profiles represent unique people. If the same person participates in multiple promotions, they are automatically deduplicated into a single profile in Revup Customer Intelligence. This gives you a clean, unified view of each customer across all promotions and messages.
Your plan includes access to a set number of customer profiles. For example, the Launch plan includes up to 10,000 profiles. If you collect more, you'll need to upgrade to access additional profiles.

The free 7-day trial includes full access to all Revup features. Promotions and participants are unlimited. During the trial, you can collect unlimited participants, but access to participant data and outbound email and SMS sending is limited to the first 20 participants. A payment method is not required, and nothing is charged automatically. If you don’t upgrade, any active promotions will stop when the trial ends.
Yes, you can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term commitments, or cancellation fees.
Yes. We offer a 20% discount on annual plans. Annual billing is self-serve and available for all plans.
Yes. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We follow best practices for access controls and internal safeguards. Revup is built and maintained by a small team, which minimizes internal access and reduces risk. We are GDPR compliant and are pursuing SOC 2 compliance.

If you approach your profile or message limits, you'll receive notifications. If limits are reached, there is a short grace period before sending pauses.
